How do I go about obtaining a Maryland real estate license?

  1. Enroll in and take the 60-hour MD pre-licensing course.
  2. Successfully complete the course.
  3. Sit for and pass the MD-state license exam.
  4. Affiliate with a MD real estate broker.

What are the requirements?

  1. Be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Have a high school diploma or a high school equivalent diploma.
